Домашно маринована сьомга
Необходими продукти за 4 порции:
600гр. филе от сьомга с кожа
100мл. Анасонлийка
100гр. Копър
1200гр. Морска сол
80гр. Кафява захар
Приготвяне: Предварително се маринова сьомгата с Анасонлийката за 8 часа, като периодично се обръща. След това се подсушава филето от марината и се „зарива“ в смес от морска сол и кафява захар. Оставя се в хладинк за 24 часа, след което се измива от солта и захарта и се поръсва със ситно нарязаният копър.
Подходящо мезе за една първокачествена двойно дестилирана Анасонлийка Едно време!
