Продукти
20 гр. желатин
1 лимон кората1,5 кофичка кисело мляко 1,5 процента масленост
1 компот от ягоди, праскови или друг плод
24 бишкоти
Начин на приготвяне
„Тапицираме“ кръгла купа, форма за Шарлота, голяма кексова форма или дълбока тавичка с намокрените в сока от компот бишкоти.
Смесваме плодовете от компота с киселото мляко и настърганата кора от лимона. Желатина накисваме във вода и го заливаме с 2 лъжици затоплен сок от компота. Така разтопеният желатин смесваме с киселото мляко и с плодовете.
Изсипваме сместа във формата и оставяме да престои в хладилника 12 часа.
Преди да сервираме, изваждаме тортата от формата (за да я извадим лесно, минаваме с дълъг остър нож по стените – от вътрешната страна на стените, на формата) и по желание, украсяваме с плодове по избор.
Съвет: Този сладкиш е много лек и балансиран, богат на калций, много подходящ за следобедна закуска на деца и възрастни хора.
